Beauty Routine for Oily Skin: How Many Products Do You Need?

Here you’ll find ready-made skincare routines for the most common concerns.

Cleansing, microbiome support, seboregulation, moisturizing, exfoliation, and sun protection — these are the essentials for oily skin to feel comfortable and look healthy.

You might think: “Wow! This sounds like a whole cosmetic laboratory!”

Let us reassure you: this is not the case. You just need a few multifunctional products and learn how to use them correctly in your routine. And of course, we’ll help you with this.

For clarity and maximum understanding, we have compiled three skincare routines for common concerns of oily skin owners.

Routine No.1.

Concern: Excessive oiliness, sensitivity

Morning Routine

  1. Cleansing
  2. Moisturizing + Microbiome Support
  3. Moisturizing + Sun Protection

Cleansing
Dr. Ceuracle AC Cure Solution Pink Gel — a perfect option for cleansing oily, sensitive skin. This gel has a mild base, so it doesn’t dry out the skin or destroy the protective barrier. It contains 0.5% salicylic acid and is enriched with a powerful seboregulating complex of extracts, effectively neutralizing excess sebum and reducing the high pH of oily skin, which positively affects the microbiome.

Moisturizing
Medi-Peel Red Lacto Collagen Ampoule with Lactobacilli — a rescue stick for normalizing skin microflora. It helps reduce sensitivity and prevents breakouts, redness, dermatitis, and other unpleasant symptoms of a disturbed microbiome. Additionally, this serum contains niacinamide, which controls sebum production. As a pleasant bonus, it makes the skin denser, more elastic, smoothes out fine lines and wrinkles, and performs an excellent moisturizing function.

Sun Protection
Dr. Ceuracle 5α Control No Sebum Sun Lotion — the best option for sun protection for oily, sensitive skin. It contains the SEPICONTROL™ A5 complex, which controls excessive sebum production and noticeably reduces oiliness. The lotion does not dry out the skin; on the contrary, it moisturizes, prevents dehydration, and softens. It functions not only as sun protection but also as a complete skincare cream, so you can safely apply it after your serum or toner.

Evening Routine

  1. Makeup Removal + Cleansing/Exfoliation
  2. Seboregulation + Moisturizing
  3. Moisturizing + Barrier Support + Microbiome Support

Cleansing
Evening routine always starts with a makeup remover. For this routine, we chose Dr. Ceuracle Pro Balance Pure Deep Cleansing Oil — a completely non-comedogenic hydrophilic oil that perfectly dissolves waterproof makeup and sunscreen filters, deeply cleanses pores from accumulated impurities and sebum, emulsifies well, and rinses off easily without leaving any discomfort.

Remember, after using a makeup remover, you must further cleanse your skin with a face wash. You can use the same gel as in the morning routine — Dr. Ceuracle AC Cure Solution Pink Gel, or any other gentle cleanser that suits your skin.

Exfoliation
The optimal option for exfoliating sensitive skin is definitely enzyme powder. It can be used 1-3 times a week instead of a cleanser in the evening routine after a makeup remover or instead of a cleanser in the morning routine (solo).

In this routine, we suggest adding Dr. Ceuracle Pro-Balance Night Enzyme Wash enzyme powder with charcoal and probiotics to the evening routine and alternating it with the cleansing gel. It gently exfoliates dead cells, dissolves sebum plugs, stimulates skin renewal and regeneration.

Moisturizing
For evening moisturizing of oily, sensitive skin, we chose Dr. Ceuracle 5α Control Clearing Toner and Medi-Peel Red Lacto Collagen Cream with lactobacilli. The toner is easily absorbed by the skin, saturates it with moisture, and prevents excessive sebum production. The cream retains moisture in the skin, strengthens the protective barrier, supports the microbiome, and, thanks to the Anti-Sebum P extract complex, regulates sebaceous gland activity, reducing oily shine.

Routine No.2.

Concern: Excessive oiliness, sensitivity, first signs of aging, dullness, possible pigmentation

Morning Routine

  1. Cleansing or Exfoliation (1-3 times/week)
  2. Moisturizing + Seboregulation + Anti-Aging
  3. Sun Protection + Seboregulation + Moisturizing + Soothing

Cleansing
Missha Cicadin pH Blemish Foaming Cleanser — perfect for cleansing oily skin. It contains mild surfactants that gently cleanse the skin, and centella asiatica extract, madecassoside, panthenol, and allantoin that soften and soothe. Additionally, it contains salicylic acid, balancing the high pH of oily skin.

Exfoliation
Dr. Ceuracle Pro-Balance Morning Enzyme Wash — a top option for morning exfoliation. It is milder than the evening version, containing maltose, corn starch, kefir grain enzyme, and a complex of probiotics, which gently exfoliate dead cells, soften, and cleanse sebum without causing irritation.

Moisturizing
For morning moisturizing in this routine, we chose the multifunctional Medi-Peel Peptide 9 Vitanol Ampoule Pro serum. It contains 20% niacinamide, 9 types of peptides, panthenol, and adenosine, effectively controlling sebum production, brightening pigmentation and post-acne marks, increasing elasticity, smoothing fine lines, and soothing irritation. With this serum, you will get an even tone, healthy glow, lifting effect, and, of course, moisturizing.

Sun Protection
Dr. Ceuracle Cica Regen Vegan Sun — universal sun protection with next-generation chemical filters. It contains centella asiatica complex, soothing, softening, and restoring the skin. It is suitable for oily skin due to its lightweight texture that absorbs quickly without leaving stickiness or oiliness.

Evening Routine

  1. Makeup Removal + Cleansing
  2. Microbiome Support + Moisturizing
  3. Moisturizing + Barrier Support

Cleansing
For makeup removal in this routine, we chose Medi-Peel Lacto Collagen Cleansing Oil based on soybean oil and grape seed oil. It is light, non-comedogenic, emulsifies well, and cleanses perfectly. Super comfortable even for sensitive skin.

After using the cleansing oil, you should definitely wash with a foam or gel (you can use the same foam as in your morning routine).

Moisturizing
For hydrating the skin and supporting the microbiome in this routine, we chose A’pieu Lacto Bacillus Moisturizing Toner. A basic product for microbiome support and soothing sensitive skin. It also contains niacinamide, which functions as a seboregulator.

For cream textures in the evening, we recommend Dr. Ceuracle Tea Tree Purifine Cream. The lightweight, comfortable gel-cream texture will surely appeal to oily skin. However, this is not its only advantage. It contains 85% tea tree leaf extract and a complex of moisturizing agents, restoring the hydro-lipid balance, softening, soothing sensitive skin, and reducing inflammation.

Routine No.3.

Concern: Excessive oiliness, minor breakouts

Morning Routine

  1. Cleansing + Exfoliation
  2. Moisturizing + Sun Protection

Cleansing
If your skin is oily and prone to breakouts, it will definitely like Dr. Ceuracle Tea Tree Purifine 30 Cleansing Foam. The foam contains soothing and seboregulating plant extracts, including 30% tea tree extract, as well as moisturizing and softening agents like shea butter and trehalose. With it, you will get effective cleansing without tightness or irritation.

Exfoliation
Three times a week, the cleanser can be replaced with Medi-Peel Micro Tea Powder Cleanser enzyme powder. It contains tea tree oil, 6 types of hyaluronic acid, salicylic acid, and centella asiatica complex. Thanks to this composition, it effectively regulates sebum, reduces inflammation, improves skin tone, smooths micro-relief, and does not dry out the skin.

Moisturizing
If, in addition to oiliness, you are also concerned about pigmentation and post-acne marks, A’pieu Mulberry Blemish Clearing Ampoule will fit perfectly into your routine. It contains tranexamic acid, a powerful brightening agent, mulberry extract that soothes and evens out the tone, niacinamide that regulates sebum, and a combination of moisturizing ingredients like hyaluronic acid and allantoin. The ampoule promotes skin restoration, reduces redness, and prevents new breakouts.

Sun Protection
Dr.Ceuracle Hyal Reyouth Moist Sun SPF 50+ / PA++++ — an absolute favorite for oily skin. It contains 10 types of hyaluronic acid, panthenol, niacinamide, fructan, and tocopherol, guaranteeing super hydration. Despite such a rich composition, the cream has an ultra-light emulsion texture that is instantly absorbed by the skin and does not weigh it down.

Evening Routine

  1. Makeup Removal + Cleansing
  2. Moisturizing + Microbiome Support/Exfoliation
  3. Moisturizing + Barrier Support + Microbiome Support

Cleansing
Of course, a makeup remover can be not only hydrophilic oil or balm but also traditional micellar water. So, for this routine, we chose the soft and extremely comfortable Medi Peel Phyto Cica-Nol B5 AHA BHA Vitamin Calming Cleansing Water.

It contains a soothing and regenerative Cica-Nol complex, an anti-inflammatory Tannin™ complex, and a Natural Protector™ complex that regulates sebum secretion and maintains optimal skin hydration balance. Additionally, micellar water contains AHA and BHA acids in low concentration, gently exfoliating dead cells.

Remember, micellar water, like any makeup remover, should also be rinsed off. For this, you can use the same cleanser as in your morning routine — Dr. Ceuracle Tea Tree Purifine 30 Cleansing Foam.

Moisturizing
A’pieu lactobacillus moisturizing ampoule with lactobacilli, niacinamide, and centella — universal and extremely comfortable for moisturizing and supporting the microbiome. It softens, evens out skin tone, and soothes. An ideal tandem with the serum will be the cream from the same series A’pieu lacto bacillus moisturizing cream. It restores the skin’s protective barrier, retains moisture, and, like the serum, supports the microbiome thanks to the lactobacilli content. This pair will give you an even skin tone, reduce inflammation, and minimize breakouts.

Exfoliation
Once or twice a week in the evening routine, we recommend replacing the soothing and restorative ampoule with lactobacilli with Medi Peel AHA BHA Amino Cica-Nol B5 Ampoule acid serum. It contains all four types of acids (AHA 10%, BHA, PHA, LHA), as well as a soothing Cica-Nol complex. Thanks to this combination, you will get gentle exfoliation of dead cells, clearing of sebum filaments, even tone, lightening of post-acne marks, smoothing of texture, and prevention of new breakouts.
